Industrial coating requirements are rarely standard. The substrate, the application method, the line speed and the service environment vary from one customer to the next, and a resin that is ideal for one is wrong for the next.

We approach industrial coatings as a custom development category. Our epoxy acrylate and amino acrylate UV technologies serve applications needing hardness, gloss and chemical resistance with fast line speeds. Our PU-acrylate technologies suit applications where flexibility has to accompany surface durability. Solvent and water-based polyurethane and acrylic routes remain available where UV is not practical.

What we need to make a useful recommendation is the same short list every time: what you are coating, how you are applying it, what cures or dries it, and what the coating has to survive once the part is in service.
